- Rapiblend S – a dust suppressed soluble sulphur.
- Rapiblend Z/77 – a zinc oxide that is dust suppressed.
- Anchorlube 101 – a fatty acid ester on inorganic extenders and used as a Processing Aid and Dispersing Agent.
Markets:
Coated Powders – Rubber Industry / Tyres
Converted Powders – Conveyor belting
Factice
We manufacture a range of dark factice for use in the rubber processing industry.
Factice is used as a processing aid in natural and synthetic rubbers. Factice controls the shrinkage or “nerve” of rubber mixes, thus improving dimensional stability during handling, storage and open vulcanisation. It improves filler dispersion, reduces mixing energy requirements and has the capacity to absorb large quantities of liquid plasticisers so facilitating their incorporation into soft compounds.
